The Challenge

Greenroom needed a robust platform they could use to tailor their digital forms for a wide variety of competitions run for multinational clients.

Existing solutions like Formstack and Mailchimp forms weren’t flexible enough, and didn’t offer the level of support that Greenroom needed. Also, they weren’t based in Australia, which was a strong preference for Greenroom’s Melbourne and Sydney-based teams.

The world of digital marketing is a fast-changing one, with organisations always trying to stay one step ahead of each other with different types of competitions, member sign-ups and client engagement methods. Greenroom needed a solution that was just as fast-paced to help them keep up with their competitors and with their growing client needs.

Snapforms as a Solution

Greenroom and Snapforms partnered on a number of initiatives beginning in 2012. Since then, Snapforms has evolved to support the increasing needs of Greenroom’s multinational clients.

Snapforms created a bespoke solution for our needs and have developed the platform over time to be a one stop shop form builder.

Shifting from Formstack and Mailchimp forms was a straightforward decision after trialing the Snapforms platform. 

Other form builders are very out of the box, so the level of customisation is minimal. The service is also average, given that the platforms we were using are massive international providers. 

To date, Greenroom Digital has received over one million responses through the Snapforms platform. With this high volume comes the need for personalised and timely support.
