During your trial you will be able to set up your form yourself, or chat to us and have our team review your needs and point you in the right direction to help you assess.

Any special features mentioned in the ‘Enterprise’ section of the pricing page need to be added to your account on a needs basis. There may be an additional cost for some of those features. Please contact us to discuss any of the Enterprise features if you require them.
Forms and Responses
The allowed number of active forms you can create and responses you can receive on any given plan is outlined on our pricing page.
What happens if I go over my active form or responses quota?
We won’t ever disable your active forms or account, but we will reach out to advise you to upgrade your account or reduce your usage.
Monthly vs Annual payments
Payments for our monthly plans are automatically direct debited from your credit card. Invoices are sent automatically after each payment.
In case your organisation can only pay manually via an invoice sent to your accounts team, we provide the option of payment via invoice/bank transfer for annual payments.
All annual payments are partially refunded if you choose to cancel your account at any time during your subscription period.
