Publish/share your form

After creating your form, you will be given multiple options to share your form to start getting responses.
Depending on your use case, you may wish to use one or multiple ways of publishing and sharing your form.

First you will be given a direct URL link where your form can be accessed by whoever you give the link to.
You may wish to send this link out via email, share it on social media, add it to your website or distribute it in any other way.

Optionally, rather than sharing a direct link to the form, you may wish to embed the form on to your website or web page (if you have one).
This makes the form appear to be part of your website, and may be the preferred option depending on your scenario.

How to get your form link URL or embed code

1. You can share your form with your users in a number of ways. A direct URL is provided for sharing via email, on social media, on your website or basically any other way of providing a link!
2. Alternatively or in addition to the above, you can embed the form on a page on your website. Doing this will make the form appear to be seamlessly part of your website. User will be able to see and fill out the form directly on your website.

Pre-populating fields on your form

You may wish to send the same form link to multiple people or groups, and have some of the fields pre-populated with different information for each user.
