Support Authorisation

Our live chat is available during business hours, and our response time to emails is within 1-12 hours.
Support access
In most cases, our team is able to assist you with support or technical enquiries without the need to access your sensitive form data.
However, for some enquiries our team may need to request your authorisation for temporary access to a form for the purpose of troubleshooting issues.
Support access is entirely controlled within your account settings. When you grant support access to a form, our team will be able to view and edit:
- Form layout
- Form settings
- Form responses
Support access automatically expires after 14 days. You can manually revoke access at any time before the expiry date.
Rest assured that our team is committed to respecting your privacy. Your data will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
Grant support access
To grant support access to a form:

- Go to your Account Settings.
- Select the Support Authorisation tab.
- Select the form from the list.
- Tick the checkboxes to indicate that you understand that:
- the Customer Support Team will be able to view and edit your form data.
- access will automatically expire after 14 days and you can revoke it at any time.
- Click Grant Support Access.
Revoke support access
To revoke support access to a form:
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Select the Support Authorisation tab.
- In the Manage Support Authorisations section, click the Revoke button on the relevant form.
