The Snapforms support team cannot access your data without your authorisation.
In most cases, our team is able to assist you with support or technical enquiries without the need to access your sensitive form data.
However, for some enquiries our team may need to request your authorisation for temporary access to a form for the purpose of troubleshooting issues.
