Where your form data is stored
Every Snapforms plan stores your form data in Australia, with no upgrade required to get it. Jotform can host your data in Australia too, but the capability sits behind an Enterprise agreement, so the question is not whether Australian hosting is available, but what has to be purchased to obtain it.

Jotform publishes USD pricing for its single-user Standard plans, with Enterprise, the tier that includes Australian data residency and multiple users, quoted individually. Yes. Jotform serves forms over TLS and encrypts submission data, as does Snapforms. Security and data residency are separate questions. The difference is which country your data is stored in, and which plan is required to control that.
