Where your form data is stored
Snapforms stores your form data in Australia on every plan. Wufoo's own documentation states that it stores all data on its servers in the United States, and that customer support is provided from its United States and Canadian offices. The regional options SurveyMonkey offers on its own products do not extend to Wufoo.

Snapforms and Wufoo: common questions
Wufoo's own documentation states that it stores all data on its servers in the United States, and that support is provided from its United States and Canadian offices. There is no Australian option, and the regional choices SurveyMonkey offers on its own products do not extend to Wufoo.
On a free Wufoo account the forms are deactivated once you pass the monthly limit. On paid plans you are charged US$0.05 per entry over the cap. Snapforms does not charge overages or switch off live forms.
Wufoo has been a SurveyMonkey product since 2011, and its published release notes stop in August 2020. The question for a core business process is whether it should depend on a product receiving limited ongoing development.
