Where your form data is stored
Snapforms stores your form data in Australia on every plan. Wufoo inherits SurveyMonkey's infrastructure, which means AWS regions in the United States, Canada and Ireland. Australia is not among them, and the regional options SurveyMonkey does offer are reserved for Enterprise agreements that do not apply to Wufoo's self-serve plans.

Snapforms and Wufoo: common questions
Wufoo is owned by SurveyMonkey and runs on its infrastructure, which uses AWS data centres in the United States, Canada and Ireland. Data is stored in the US unless another region is specified, and the regional options are limited to SurveyMonkey Enterprise agreements. There is no Australian option.
On a free Wufoo account the forms are deactivated once you pass the monthly limit. On paid plans you are charged US$0.05 per entry over the cap. Snapforms does not charge overages or switch off live forms.
Wufoo has been a SurveyMonkey product since 2011 and its feature set has changed little in recent years. It still works well for straightforward forms. The question is whether a core business process should depend on a product receiving limited ongoing development.
