Set up email notifications, SMS notifications, and more.

  1. Step 1: Choose a pre-made template or start with a clean slate, then enter the form builder to edit the design and add form fields. In Form Settings under Notifications, enable email notifications, customise your message using the editor, decide if you want PDFs of responses attached and if file uploads are allowed.
  2. Step 2: If you want to tailor the notifications depending on each response, enable conditional logic and set your rules. Add multiple notifications to set up relevant workflows. Use conditional logic to send SMS notifications if certain rules are met in a form response. Enable auto reply emails to respondents if required.
  3. Step 3: Once responses are coming in, log in to your Snapforms dashboard at any time and export all your form responses in one CSV/Excel file or PDF download. You can also automate periodic exports and view a list of your form responses anytime and print or download any individual response.
