Set up instant SMS notifications as part of your workflow management.

  1. Step 1: Choose a pre-made template or start with a clean slate, then enter the form builder to edit the design and add form fields. In Form Settings under Notifications, enable SMS notifications and customise your message, choosing to include some, all, or none of the form answers in the message.
  2. Step 2: Apply conditional logic to control whether the SMS notification is sent or not, based on certain rules you apply. You can set up multiple notifications and use conditional logic to manage your internal form workflows.
  3. Step 3: Once responses are coming in, log in to your Snapforms dashboard at any time and export all your form responses in one CSV/Excel file or PDF download. You can also automate periodic exports and view a list of your form responses anytime and print or download any individual response.
