Create advanced form workflows.

Let multiple people collaborate, review, and edit information on a single form response. Form workflows allow different people to be responsible for different sections of a form. Use them for approval flows, multiple signatories, multi-department processes, submission reviews, and more.

Create flexible digital workflows to suit any process.

Form workflows let you create a single form that allows multiple submitters to fill out their section. You control what sections each person can view and edit. All data submitted by participants is combined into a single saved record.

Create and publish your form

Set up multi-step form workflows for any process.

  1. Step 1: Choose a pre-made template or start fresh, then enter the Form Builder to edit the design and add form fields. Add a Field Group from Design elements and drag all the relevant fields into that group. Repeat as required.
  2. Step 2: In Form Settings, under Workflows, enable workflows and configure the workflow steps. Name your steps for internal reference, set view and edit permissions for each step's recipient/s and customise the email that gets sent to participants when they are assigned to complete that step of the workflow. You can define multiple emails for the same workflow step, and use conditional logic to dictate which one is sent based on the answers on the form.
  3. Step 3: Start collecting form submissions by sharing your form URL with your users. When a user accesses your form URL they see only the fields associated with Step 1. Once that person fills out and submits the form, it will trigger step 2 and email the next person in the workflow. Repeat these steps until the workflow is complete.
