Simplify workflow management using notification logic.

  1. Step 1: Choose a pre-made template or start fresh, then enter the form builder to edit the design and add form fields. In Form Settings under Notifications, enable email and/or SMS notifications, customise your message using the editor, choosing to include some, all, or none of the form answers in the message. Decide if you want PDFs of responses attached and if file uploads are allowed.
  2. Step 2: Enable conditional logic to control whether the email or SMS notification is sent or not, based on answers submitted. Create multiple notifications in conjunction with conditional logic to set up relevant form workflows.
  3. Step 3: Once responses are coming in, log in to your Snapforms dashboard at any time and export all your form responses in one CSV/Excel file or PDF download. You can also automate periodic exports and view a list of your form responses anytime and print or download any individual response.
