Use multiple methods to receive, view and download form responses.

  1. Step 1: Choose a pre-made template or start with a clear slate, then enter the form builder to edit the design and add form fields. Choose how you wish to be notified of submissions - such as an email of the response and a PDF of the filled-in form attached, as well as automatic periodic exports to your email.
  2. Step 2: Once responses are coming in, you can log in to your Snapforms dashboard at any time and export all your form responses in one CSV/Excel file or PDF download. You can also view a list of your form responses anytime and print or download any individual response.
  3. Step 3: If you have any integrations, you can have your form data delivered to a specific location or system and view integration logs for responses from the dashboard.
