Styling and Themes

With Snapforms, you have full control over the look and feel of your forms. You can apply a pre-defined theme with a single click, or create a custom theme to match your organisation’s branding.

Using themes makes it easy to keep your forms consistent, professional, and on-brand. Key features include:

  • Modern Built-in Themes: Choose from a library of professionally designed themes, including Default, Round, Mono, Calm, Editorial, Banner, Material, Aqua, Glass, Mint, and Pop. Applying a theme instantly updates your entire form with a coordinated look.
  • Granular Styling Controls: Fine-tune your design with individual controls for form layout, backgrounds, typography, inputs, headings, buttons, and field spacing.
  • Custom Theme Saving: Create, save, and reuse your organisation’s custom themes so your preferred styles are always just a click away.

Appling a pre-defined theme

To apply a pre-defined theme:

  1. From the Form Builder, navigate to the Styling & Themes tab.
