Managing Workflow Submissions
Viewing workflow status and steps
Form Admin users can view submissions and check the progress of workflow steps via the View Responses page.
The workflow status, workflow recipient’s email, and a quick link to the next workflow step are displayed in the last three columns of the table. This information is also included when downloading to a CSV file.
To view the full history of workflow steps, click the View/Download button next to the submission.
Completing workflow steps on behalf of participants
In cases where a workflow participant is unavailable, a Form Admin user can complete workflow tasks on behalf of the participant by following these steps:
- In the Forms list, click Actions > View Responses on the form you want to view.
- (Optional) To filter the response data, click Advanced Search and enter a keyword into one or more columns.
- To access the next workflow step, you can either:
- Scroll across to the workflow columns at the end, then click the View link to complete outstanding workflow tasks.
- Click the View/Download button next to the submission, then click the Fill in this step link to complete outstanding workflow tasks.
- Scroll across to the workflow columns at the end, then click the View link to complete outstanding workflow tasks.
