Download a blank PDF

Snapforms lets you share your online forms in several ways. In the unlikely event that a form can’t be accessed, you can download a blank PDF for offline use.

Note: If a form contains conditional logic, those fields won’t appear in the blank PDF. We recommend creating a separate duplicate form, containing all required fields and no conditional logic, specifically for offline use.

To download a blank PDF copy of a form:

1. From the Dashboard menu, click Forms.
2. Next to the form name, click Actions.
3. Click View Responses.
4. Click the Download button (top right of screen).
5. Select Download blank PDF.
6. The PDF will appear in your browser’s downloads.
