How to Publish and Share Your Forms
Once you’ve finished creating your online form, it’s ready to go live. Snapforms provides two primary ways to share your form, ensuring you can reach your audience wherever they are.
1. Sharing via public URL or QR code
The fastest way to distribute your form is via a public link.
- Public URL: Perfect for email campaigns, social media posts, or SMS.
- QR Code: Ideal for physical signage, menus, or printed flyers.
Navigate to the Form Publishing tab and copy your form link or download the QR code.

Tip: If you do not want to display “Snapforms” in the URL link, you will need to create a blank page on your website and embed the form using the JavaScript embed code instructions.
2. Embedding forms on your website
You can embed the form directly into your webpage using the JavaScript code provided in the Form Embed Instructions section. This seamlessly integrates the form within your website, allowing users to view and complete it without being redirected elsewhere.
Tip: You can define a master list of approved domains in Account Settings > Form Settings > Allowed Embed Domains, which automatically applies to every form you create. This ensures that your forms (including sensitive saved-entry links) only load on sites you trust, by default.

Advanced: Pre-populating form fields
Boost completion rates by prefilling known information before sharing the form link.

Method 1: Generate a Save & complete later URL – Allows you to prefill fields and send a unique URL to specific people or groups.

Method 2: Pre-populate the form using URL parameters – Build custom links that automatically fill in fields such as “Name” or “Company”.
